LAPL — Light Aircraft Pilots Licence
Minimaal 30 uur vliegles. Het toestel mag niet zwaarder zijn dan 2000 kg.
- Vanaf 16 jaar solo en praktijkexamen vanaf 17 jaar;
- Theorie: Air Law, Communication, Human Performance & Limitations, Meteorology, Navigation, Aircraft General Knowledge en Principles of Flight;
- Praktijkexamen Radio Telefonie (RT) en Language Proficiency Endorsement (LPE);
- Praktijkexamen vliegen;
- Medical klasse LAPL of klasse 2.
Beperking: vliegen alleen binnen Europa, met maximaal 4 personen aan boord.
PPL — Private Pilots Licence
Minimaal 45 uur vliegles.
- Vanaf 16 jaar solo en praktijkexamen vanaf 17 jaar;
- Theorie: Air Law, Communication, Human Performance & Limitations, Meteorology, Navigation, Aircraft General Knowledge en Principles of Flight;
- Praktijkexamen Radio Telefonie (RT) en Language Proficiency Endorsement (LPE);
- Praktijkexamen vliegen;
- Medical klasse 1 of klasse 2.
LAPL (Light Aircraft Pilots License): a minimum of 30 hours of flying lessons. First solo at 16 and the practical exam at 17. Theory, practical RT and LPE exam, practical flying exam and a class LAPL or class 2 medical. Restriction: only flights within Europe and with a maximum of 4 people on board.
PPL (Private Pilots License): at least 45 hours of flying lessons, with theory, practical RT and LPE exam, practical flying exam and a class 1 or class 2 medical.
